the GTO would be a waste period, the 350Z is good but not sure if it'll handle the snow all that well, the RX-8 also falls into the same category, not to mention rotary's have a reputation of living short engine lives (opinion not based on actual proof so don't flame). Personally I'd go with the STi, great styling, handling, and it can get into the 11's at the track relatively easy, only downfall is the lack-luster interior for me. The Evo is an all around great car, I've got nothign against it but for some reason it reminds me of the 50's bubble style land-yacht's. My reccommendation is to take both the Sti and the Evo for a rigorous test drive and choose which one you feel most comfortable in.
